Two weeks after inoculation

The mycelium is starting to spread through the straw, and there’s even a layer of mycelium on the top of the straw. The bag is starting to feel ‘full’ of air, this is co2 which is being created by the mycelium, and the reason why it is important to air the cupboard or area whilst the bag is incubating.
